Common questions

  • The book page shows a print problem. Ask your assistant to fix it; the page updates by itself. "Print check" on the book page lists what's wrong.
  • I lost my book. Look for the view link in your chat. If you ordered it, the link is also in your order email.
  • My order hasn't arrived, or arrived damaged. Email us with the order number and, for damage, a photo. We reprint or refund misprinted and damaged books.
  • Delete my book or data. Email us the view link. See the privacy policy.
